To my dear readers, I want to sincerely thank you for reading my blog. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your reading my thoughts, interpretations and point of view. 

As I muse over the events of the past year, I hope you take time to reflect on the same. We should also convey a heartfelt gesture of gratitude to the politicians of the continental United States for their continued myopic obstinacy and its impending catastrophic repurcussions. It wil be interesting to see how designers and the fashion industry interpret the fiscal cliff that will no doubt impact way more than the small percentage of the population those "public servants" attempted to insulate from harm; the 90s have indeed come back in a manner that speaks beyond colour-blocking, Helmut Lang/Prada inspirations or 70s reinterpretation. Oh well...it was at least a relatively cheery holiday, wasn't it? And as the future is not written in stone anything can happen...even miracles (the 90s did bring us a course on this subject; perhaps it's worth a refresher).
